Summary

Primary amyloidosis of the urinary bladder: a case report

Primary localized amyloidosis of the urinary bladder is a rare condition worldwide in which patients are particularly presented with macroscopic haematuria and/or LUTS. Additional investigations by cystoscopy and computed tomography often shows suspicion for bladder cancer.

We describe a case of a 77-year old patient with gross, painless haematuria and primary amyloidosis of the bladder.
