Bei der Behandlung der Osteoporose können wir mittlerweile auf eine breite Palette zugelassener Substanzen mit evidenzbasierter Anti-Fraktur-Wirksamkeit zurückgreifen und dadurch den Therapiekomfort unserer Patienten besser berücksichtigen. Gerade die Anzahl neuer Bisphosphonat-Derivate hat zuletzt durch eine einmal jährliche Applikation Ihren Gipfelpunkt erreicht und die Compliance der Patienten sichtlich verbessert.
