Zusammenfassung

Die Korrektur einer überprojizierten Nasenspitze ist immer eine besondere Herausforderung. Voraussetzung für den Erfolg der Operation sind eine exakte präoperative Analyse, ein individuell angepasstes Konzept und eine sorgfältige Durchführung der einzelnen Operationsschritte. Um eine überprojizierte Nasenspitze zu verkleinern, muss das kaudale Knorpelgerüst in seiner Höhe reduziert und die Rotation der Nasenspitze dabei so angepasst werden, dass sich die Nasenspitze harmonisch in das Gesicht einfügt. In der Literatur findet man vielzählige Korrekturverfahren. Die Autorin stellt ausgewählte Techniken zur Korrektur der überprojizierten Nasenspitze vor.

Abstract

The correction of an overprojected nasal tip is always a special challenge. A prerequisite for success of the operation is an exact preoperative analysis, an individually adapted concept and careful execution of the individual operation steps. In order to reduce an overprojected nasal tip, the caudal cartilage framework has to be reduced in height and the rotation of the nasal tip must be adapted so that the nasal tip harmonically fits into the face. Numerous correction procedures can be found in the literature. The author presents in detail selected techniques for correction of an overprojected nasal tip.
