Résumé
Les syndromes parkinsoniens (SP) sont d’autant plus fréquents et sources de dépendance que l’âge est élevé. Les modes d’entrée en dépendance sont nombreux et varient selon les étiologies. Si la Maladie de Parkinson reste le plus fréquent des SP, son incidence décroit avec l’âge à l’inverse de la Démence à corps de Lewy, des SP iatrogènes et vasculaires. La prise en charge de cette dépendance implique une approche multidisciplinaire, axée sur la prévention et la limitation de la iatrogénie, le choix de la dopathérapie, et les thérapeutiques non médicamenteuses comme la kinésithérapie.
