Abstract

Radicular cysts are the most frequent odontogenic cystic lesions in human tooth-bearing areas but according to the English literature are rarely associated with deciduous teeth. This case report presents an additional case of a radicular cyst associated with a deciduous mandibular molar along with a bifid rib. The presentation, diagnosis, management and outcome of this radicular cyst are discussed.
