Résumé
L’obésité a une prévalence élevée et est associée à de multiples comorbidités médicales. A part la chirurgie, aucun régime ni aucune thérapie médicamenteuse n’est actuellement efficace à long terme dans le traitement de l’obésité.
L’intérêt de cette observation est de rapporter une complication de l’anneau gastrique encore peu observée (une perforation de la poche gastrique proximale sur anneau ajustable traité par « sleeve gastrectomie » en urgence) afin de discuter du suivie après pose d’un anneau, et la conduite à tenir vis-à-vis de cette complication.
Abstract
The rising problem of obesity is causing major health problems. It is a one of the most virulent of pathogens. Only bariatric surgical treatments have been able to achieve substantial and durable weight loss.
The aim of our study is to report a complication of the gastric banding still not observed (a perforation of the proximal gastric pouch on adjustable ring treated by “sleeve gastrectomy” in emergency), to discuss the following after a ring, and the management of this complication.
