Abstract
The knowledge of the anatomy of the thigh is mandatory for the orthopaedic surgeon in order to avoid errors in the surgical approach. In this chapter we describe the surgical anatomy of the thigh and the most frequent causes of neuro-vascular lesions related to surgical procedures in this district.
