Zusammenfassung

Aus Praxissicht werden Anforderungen an das erfolgreiche Management industrieller Großprojekte skizziert und vor diesem Hintergrund Notwendigkeit und Chancen gezielter Coaching-Maßnahmen diskutiert. Häufige Störeinflüsse in komplexen Projekten werden vorgestellt und als Ansatzpunkte für eine effektive Unterstützung durch individuelles, teamorientiertes und projektbezogenes Coaching eingeordnet.

Abstract

From a practical point of view a scheme of standard requirements for successful management in industrial large-scale projects against the background of necessity and chances for a focused coaching arrangement will be discussed. Common troubles in complex projects will be introduced as a starting point for effective support by the use of individual, team orientated and project focused coaching.
