Zusammenfassung

Dieser Artikel bietet einen Überblick wichtiger Verfahren zur Diagnostik der körperlichen Fitness bei Erwachsenen.

Dabei werden die Testbatterien Karlsruher gesundheitsorientierter Fitnesstest, Eurofit und „Fullerton Functional Fitness Test“ vorgestellt und deren Besonderheiten, Einsatzgebiete sowie Stärken und Schwächen thematisiert.

Auf diese Weise soll dem Anwender in der Sportpraxis eine optimale Entscheidungsgrundlage geliefert werden.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to provide an overview of important procedures for physical fitness testing in adults.

For this purpose, the test batteries Karlsruher gesundheitsorientierter Fitnesstest (“Karlsruhe Health-oriented Fitness Test”), Eurofit and Fullerton Functional Fitness Test are introduced. Special aspects of these tests, fields of application, strengths and weaknesses are discussed.

Thus, the user in practical sports is provided the optimal basis for decision-making.
