Results are presented of a study of creep processes in single crystals of the Ni3Ge alloy oriented along the \( [001] \), \( [\overline{1}39] \), \( [\overline{2}34] \), and \( [\overline{1}22] \) axes. Two types of creep curves are revealed. Dislocation structures after deformation at different temperatures are examined. The creep activation energies are determined for different orientations of single crystals of the Ni3Ge alloy, which exhibit a strong orientational dependence.
