In this article by M. T. King et al., the article by R. Norman et al. is cited as Reference 18, in its ‘Online first’ version (2015).
However, the Reference 18 should appear with year, volume and page numbers as: Norman et al., Quality of Life Research (2016); 25(3):637–649.
In addition, the electronic supplementary material (ESM) is incomplete, as it contains only the figures, and the tables are missing. The complete ESM is now updated in this erratum.
