Zusammenfassung
In der folgenden Arbeit wird gezeigt, welche Bedeutung den Erkenntnissen der Bindungsforschung und Neurobiologie für ein breites Verständnis von psychischen Traumata und deren psychotherapeutischer Behandlung zukommt.
Die dyadische Affektregulation, die nonverbale, relationale Kommunikation sowie das Enactment in der therapeutischen Beziehung wird in der bindungsorientierten Psychotherapie aufgegriffen. Affektregulierung, insbesondere von negativen Affekten, gilt auch in der Trauma-Arbeit als zentral. Das dyadische Erleben im Enactment eröffnet Möglichkeiten, das Unaussprechbare sichtbar, spürbar und besprechbar werden zu lassen. Anhand von Fallvignetten werden diese Überlegungen exemplarisch dargestellt.

The article examines the relevance of attachment research and neurobiology for the psychotherapeutic treatment of traumarelated disorders.
The dyadic affectregulation, non-verbal communication, and the appreciation of the enactement in the therapeutic relationsship tend to become core issues in the attachment oriented psychotherapy. Affectregulation with negative affects could be seen as the center piece of auf trauma treatment. The dyadic experience in the enactment could provide the place where the unspeakable could be seen, felt and expressed.
Case vignettes offer a deeper understanding of these considerations.
