This is a unique orthopedic textbook written under the educational initiative of SICOT. The editors have put together an incredible instrument aimed at educating the readers on the latest available trends in the management of common orthopedic disorders. The book is divided into 24 sections ranging from femoroacetabular impingement to Ponseti management of club feet and the role of osteotomy for the management of knee osteoarthritis. The authors selected are expert in their fields and internationally renown.
What I liked most was the structure of each chapter ending with a boxed section called key learning points that summarizes the main points of the chapter.
The illustrations and structure of the book are high quality with excellent drawings and X-rays to highlight each chapter.
I recommend this textbook to any student, resident of fellow with the desire to improve their knowledge and advance their careers.
