Zusammenfassung
Wir berichten über den Fall einer 25-jährigen Patientin mit rezidivierenden Schulterluxationen. Nach arthroskopischer Kapselraffung und -refixation kam es nach einem beschwerdefreien Intervall zu einem Rezidiv aufgrund eines Glenoiddefekts, der mittels arthroskopischer J-Span-Implantation versorgt wurde. Zwei Jahre nach Reoperation zeigten die klinischen Scores exzellente Ergebnisse. In den radiologischen Kontrollen war eine regelrechte Anlagerung und knöcherne Integration des Implantats nachweisbar, die Patientin war beschwerdefrei und konnte ihren bisher ausgeübten sportlichen Aktivitäten uneingeschränkt nachkommen.
Abstract
We present the case of a 25-year-old female patient with recurrent shoulder dislocations. After a failed arthroscopic shoulder capsulorrhaphy the patient underwent arthroscopic J-span implant iliac crest bone graft. The clinical scores showed excellent results 2 years after the reoperation and the computed tomography scan showed restoration of the glenoid cavity and complete healing of the graft. The patient was free of complaints and was able to perform all sporting activities without any restrictions.
