Abstract
Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction using a retrodrill reaming technique can be applied for primary and revision reconstruction. Any autograft or allograft can be used. The retrodrill technique enables independent socket or tunnel drilling of both the femur and tibia. Intra-articular tunnel opening is more precise compared to antegrade drilling and tunnel angulation with respect to graft direction is independent.
