Zusammenfassung

Das primär kutane kribriforme apokrine Karzinom stellt eine distinkte, jedoch wenig bekannte Variante der kutanen apokrinen Karzinome mit biologisch indolentem Verlauf dar. Es sollte nicht mit einer kutanen Metastase eines viszeralen Karzinoms, mit einem adenoid-zystischen Basalzellkarzinom oder einem primär kutanen adenoid-zystischen Karzinom verwechselt werden.

Abstract

Primary cutaneous cribriform apocrine carcinoma is a distinctive but little known variant of cutaneous apocrine carcinoma with indolent biological behaviour. It should not be mistaken for a cutaneous metastasis of a visceral carcinoma, an adenoid cystic basal cell carcinoma or a primary cutaneous adenoid cystic carcinoma.
