Résumé

Les auteurs rapportent un cas d'hémangiome du 1/3 moyen de l'œsophage dont l'exérèse a été pratiquée par voie endoscopique. Ils discutent l'utilité du traitement systématique d'une tumeur œsophagienne asymptomatique d'allure bénigne, et les indications du traitement endoscopique.

Summary

Endoscopic resection of an oesophageal hemangioma is reported and systematic resection of benign and asymptomatic oesophageal tumor is discussed.
