Pancreatite acuta: Nuove possibilitÀ diagnostiche

Riassunto

Durante la fase acuta di una pancreatite vengono riversati nel sangue soprattutto 2 enzimi: l’α-amilasi F. la pancreas-lipasi. Per una rapida documentazione dell’esistenza di una pancreatite acuta abbiamo a disposizione nuovi test rapidi: un test su striscia per la ricerca nelle urine dell’α-amilasi ed un test al latice per la pancreas-lipasi. Accanto ad essi disponiamo di metodi chimico-clinici F. di quello immunoenzimatico per la determinazione quantitativa delie concentrazioni di α-amilasi F. di pancreas-lipasi nel siero, dalla combinazione dei quali si può avere una valida conferma diagnostica.
