Zusammenfassung

Es werden Tafeln zu einem von E. L. Lehmann vorgeschlagenen Test angegeben, dessen optimale Eigenschaft für eine bestimmte Klasse von Alternativhypothesen zunächst beschrieben wird. Es folgen einige Sätze, die für die Berechnung dieser Tafeln und eventueller Erweiterungen nützlich sind und die zugleich den engen Zusammenhang mit dem zweiseitigen Wilcoxon-Test aufzeigen.

Summary

The paper contains tables for a test offered by E. L. Lehmann. At first a description of an optimal property of this test is given for a special class of alternative hypotheses. Then some theorems are proved which are useful for the calculation of the tables and their possible extension. They moreover show the close connection with the two-sided Wilcoxon test.
