Die automatisierte perkutane lumbale Nukleotomie

Operationsprinzip

Der Bandscheibenraum wird über eine perkutan eingeführte Nukleotomie®-Sonde2 ausgeräumt. Das Bandscheibenmaterial wird über eine Fenster der Sonde angesogen, mit einer Schneidevorrichtung abgetrennt und durch die Sonde aspiriert. Die automatisierte perkutane Nukleotomie ist bei kleinen bis mittlerengedeckten Bandscheibenvorfällen im lumbalen Bereich möglich, wenn konservative Behandlungsverfahren versagt haben, bevor die Indikation zur offenen Nukleotomie gestellt wird.
