Zusammenfassung

Beschrieben wird ein 1928 5 km nordwestlich von Trzemeszno in der Gemarkung des Dorfes Łukaszewko in Polen ausgegrabenes Elchgeweih, für das nach der Formel des Internationalen Jagdrates zur Erhaltung des Wildes 478,3 Punkte, nach der Formel des Boone und Crockett Clubs 217 2/8 Punkte errechnet wurden. Verglichen wird das Geweih mit den Spitzentrophäen aus europäischen, asiatischen und amerikanischen Elchvorkommen.

Summary

The author describes a set of elk antlers unearthed in 1928 5 km north-west of Trzemeszno within the boundary of the village of Łukaszewko in Poland. According to the formula of the International Hunting Council for Game Preservation (Conseil International de la Chasse), 478.3 points should be awarded: according to that of the Boone and Crockett Club, 217 2/8 points. The head is compared with the best trophies from European, Asian and American elk.

Description est donnée d'un bois d'Elan retrouvé lors de fouilles en 1928 à 5 km au Nord-Ouest de Trzemeszno dans le canton du village de Lukazewsko en Pologne. Ce bois ateint, selon la formule du Conseil International de la Chasse, une cote de 478,3 points, et, selon la formule du Boone et Crockett-Club, une cote de 217 points 2/8. Ces bois sont comparés avec les trophées-records des différentes aires de dispersion de l'Elan en Europe, en Asie et en Amérique.
