Zusammenfassung

Bei Ratten wurde die Tätigkeit des ZNS mit Hilfe von in diverse Hirnzonen implantierten Elektroden registriert, wobei die sensorische Reizung im Wachzustand zur Aktivierung der elektrischen Aktivität benutzt wurde. Injektionen von Cholecystokinin Oktapeptid in Zonen mit Appetitregulation führte zu systematischer Veränderung der durchschnittlichen Reizbeantwortung.
