Summary
Cystic lesions in parotid glands are rare, and on clinical examination alone, accurate diagnosis is impossible. A case of a 27-year-old male patient with such a cystic lesion is presented. The cyst was removed surgically by superficial parotidectomy and pathological examination revealed a branchial cyst of the parotid gland.
