Cressey, dean of the College of Letters and Science and professor of sociology at the University of California at Santa Barbara, is author ofOther People’s Money and co-author of books on criminology and prisons. Dr. Cressey’s research is in social organization, particularly in law-enforcement. He is currently visiting professor at the Institute of Criminology and Criminal Law at the University of Oslo, Norway.
