Chromosome analysis from peripheral blood

Summary

A review of the literature relating to blood cultures had been discussed since the original use of the technique for chromosomal preparations. The usefulness of the micro-techniques was emphasised, and the rapid increase in this kind of research had eventually produced better and better preparations.
