Mithilfe der Doppelreihen-Rekonstruktion gelingt es selbst bei Patienten mit ausgedehntem Defekt der Rotatorenmanschette (RM), nach zwei Jahren ein sehr gutes funktionelles Ergebnis der ehedem lädierten Sehnen zu erzielen.
