Abstract
In this report, we describe the development of the first anti-mouse H4 receptor antibody. Utilising this new immunological probe, new evidence is provided for oligomeric mH4Rs and the presence of H4 receptors on a subpopulation of murine motor neurons. This expands the cell types where the H4 receptor is expressed in the mammalian CNS.
