Abstract

Stereotactic fractionated radiation therapy is a potentially useful technique for the treatment of cranial neoplasms in pediatric patients due to its high accuracy and radiobiological advantages over radiosurgery. We report here the first treatment performed at our Unit with this technique in a patient with skull base osteosarcoma.
