Overview
- The book attempts to fill that gap by presenting organizational ethical climate as an essential means for corporations to achieve sustainable development in an increasingly competitive market
- Mainly focused on ethics, management, psychology, philosophy and sociology, few studies have investigated organizational ethics from the perspective of economic ethics
- Through the lens of economic ethics theory, the book attempts to address this omission by investigating organizational ethical climate and its relationship to organizational commitment and job performance in JFMEs in China
