This article is dedicated to the famous physicist, founder of the school of acoustoelectronics and acoustooptics, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Sergei Vasilievich Bogdanov in connection with the centenary of his birth (02.08.1921–14.02.2017)
