Abstract
This paper presents a formalized description of the adaptation of intelligent JSM systems (IntJSM) for the following medical tasks: prediction of highly pathogenic types of human papilloma virus (HPV) by the cytological results of smear tests; diagnostics of two eye diseases: degenerative retinoschisis and hereditary vitreoretinal dystrophies; diagnostics of systemic lupus erythematosus; and total life-expectancy prognosis based on the analysis of clinical and laboratory data.
