Abstract

Protolytic equilibrium constants in an aqueous solution of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate hydrazone and L-tyrosine are determined spectrophotometrically at 25.0 ± 0.1°C and near-zero ionic strength. The obtained constants agree with the literature data for similar compounds.
