Chemical composition, structure, and properties of electrochemically deposited cobalt-boron coatings

Abstract

Polycrystalline and amorphous cobalt-boron coatings were electrochemically deposited. The effect of the boron content and heating temperature on the physicomechanical properties of the coatings was studied. A relationship between the composition, structure, and properties of the coatings was established.
