Conclusion
Extracardiac activity as a manifestation of duodenogastroesophageal reflux may have accounted for the patient’s chest pain. Raw data images should be included during interpretation, and extracardiac findings such as duodenogastroesophageal activity in the thorax should be included in the myocardial SPECT interpretation.
