Supplementary file2 Video 1. The patient exhibited dysdiadochokinesia, intention tremor, and truncal ataxia (segment 1). In the follow-up video, after 5 days of intravenous methylprednisolone treatment, the patient showed a marked improvement in only truncal ataxia and not limb ataxia (segment 2). (MP4 19960 KB)
