The patient gave written informed consent for surgery and clinical photography. It is a case report of a human patient who got operated on for mandibular reconstruction with a modified titanium patient-specific implant. We thoroughly explained to the patient the possible alternative treatment options, associated risks, and benefits associated. The patient gave proper written informed consent for the surgery.
