la hernie intrascrotale de l’uretère est une situation rare, nous rapportons un cas clinique, compliqué d’hydronéphrose gauche chez un patient de 83ans, l’anomalie avait été reconnue en peropératoire.
Abstract
Inguinoscrotal herniation of the ureter is a rare finding, We report the case of a 83-year-old man with symptomatic hydronephrosis of the left kidney due to ureteroinguinoscrotal herniation recognized during surgery.
