Resume

Le liposarcome paratesticulaire est une tumeur rare. Nous rapportons un cas découvert chez un homme de 56 ans se manifestant par une augmentation de volume de la bourse en dehors de tout contexte inflammatoire ou infectieux. Une biopsie exérèse de la tumeur a été faite avec difficulté. L’examen histologique a posé le diagnostic de liposarcome paratesticulaire. Après la description de ce cas clinique, les auteurs font une revue de la littérature sur cette entité rare.

Abstract

Paratesticular liposarcoma is a rare tumor. We report a case of paratesticular liposarcoma discovered in a 56-year-old man presenting with an enlarged scrotum, but no evidence of inflammation or infection. A biopsy of the tumor was carried out with difficulty. Histological examination confirmed the diagnosis of liposarcoma. Based on the description of this case and a review of the literature, the authors discuss the features of this rare entity.
