Key Points
Bile reflux and weight regain represent the most significant late complications following one-anastomosis gastric bypass. As of now, a standardized treatment approach has not been established for these issues. There is evidence to suggest that converting to long-limb RYGB yields positive outcomes in addressing both weight regain and bile reflux.
