In the original publication, under the section “Psychological Theories of Coercion” in the second paragraph, the sentence that reads as
“Such was the case for Erma Faye Stewart, who pleaded not guilty in circumstances of being on remand, as pleading guilty was her only option for getting back to her two young children” should have read as.
“Such was the case for Erma Faye Stewart, who pleaded guilty in circumstances of being on remand, as pleading guilty was her only option for getting back to her two young children.”
