Notes

  1. Denmark uses about 0.7% of its gross national income for foreign aid. More than 400 million USD is planned for foreign aid in the 2019 budget.

  2. With the exception of South Africa, less than ten companies per country accept bitcoin, and that number drops to zero in most countries.

  3. When distributing foreign aid directly to individual institutions, some will likely be defrauded, but cannot be defrauded in full at the government level.
