The paper analyzes the reasons for the long-term convergence of the wall in the turbine hall and transformer room of the Rogun HPP. Data on the anomalous behavior of aleurolite both in the massif and samples are provided. The results of monitoring the effectiveness of reinforcing cementation at the test site are presented.
