Dust Luminescence and Gas Fluorescence in the CED 201 Nebula

  • Published:
Astrophysics Aims and scope

Physical and chemical properties of the dust in the nebula CED 201 are studied. Luminescence emissions of frozen hydrocarbon particles and diamond dust are revealed in the spectrum of this nebula. A brief catalog of the fluorescence emissions of atoms and ions of the gaseous component of matter in this nebula is presented. Several other aspects of the problem are discussed.
