Zusammenfassung

Spinale Gefäßmalformationen sind eine Gruppe seltener Erkrankungen mit unterschiedlichen klinischen Präsentationen, die vom asymptomatischen Zufallsbefund bis zur progredienten Tetraparese reichen. Dieser Artikel gibt einen Überblick über radiologische Befunde sowie klinische und therapeutische Aspekte von spinalen arteriovenösen Malformationen, Kavernomen und kapillären Teleangiektasien.

Abstract

Spinal vascular malformations are a group of rare diseases with different clinical presentations ranging from incidental asymptomatic findings to progressive tetraplegia. This article provides an overview about imaging features as well as clinical and therapeutic aspects of spinal arteriovenous malformations, cavernomas and capillary telangiectasia.
