CP violation andπ + π − interference in neutralK decay

Abstract

The elementary facts concerning the decay of neutralK mesons and the proposedCP violating interactions are briefly summarized. The recent interference experiments on the decay mode for a coherent mixture ofK l andK s are discussed.
