Abstract

A 64-year-old male, with a history of a lateral myocardial infarction, presented with haemodynamically well-tolerated incessant therapy-resistant slow monomorphic ventricular tachycardia (mVT), despite implantable cardioverter defibrillator and antiarrhythmic drugs.
