Abstract
De Werkgroep Infectiepreventie (WIP) heeft in mei een nieuwe richtlijn gepresenteerd over infectiepreventie bij afvalverwijdering. Na diepgaand onderzoek blijkt dat lang niet al het afval dat als ‘besmettelijk’ wordt behandeld, werkelijk infectiegevaar oplevert.
