Zusammenfassung

Bei einer 24jährigen Patientin wird der seltene Fall eines Neuroms der Nervenwurzel L5 bei in der Kindheit vorausgegangener Bestrahlung wegen eines Neuroblastoms beschrieben. Die radiologischen Verfahren wie auch der intraoperative Aspekt führten zu der Verdachtsdiagnose Neurinom. Die endgültige Klärung der Diagnose erfolgte histologisch.

Abstract

We report a 24-year-old woman with neuroma of the fifth lumbal nerve-root after radiotherapy of a neuroblastoma in childhood. Radiologic diagnostic as well as intraoperative aspect mislead to the diagnosis of a neurinoma. Histological examination revealed the diagnosis.
