Zusammenfassung

Es wird der Zusammenhang zwischen den Sonnenwindmessungen der Satelliten Vela 3 and 4 in der Zeit vom 1. Januar 1969 bis 31. Mai 1969 and der geomagnetischen Aktivität untersucht and mit den Messungen des Mariner-2-Experiments in der Zeit vom 29. August 1962 bis 3. Januar 1963 verglichen. Dabei zeigt sick, daß an magnetisch gestörten Tagen die Mariner-2-Messungen höhere Sonnenwindgeschwindigkeiten aufwiesen als die der Satelliten Vela 3 and 4, obwohl die Sonnenaktivität von September bis Dezember 1962 weft geringer war als in der Zeit von Januar bis Mai 1969. Weitere Untersuchungen werden notwendig sein, um diesen Befund zu erklären.

Summary

The correlation between the solar wind measurements of the satellites Vela 3 and 4 in the period from January l, 1969, until May 31, 1969, and the geomagnetic activity was investigated and compared with the measurements of the Mariner 2 experiment in the period from August 29, 1962, until January 3, 1963. The paper shows that on magnetically disturbed days the Mariner 2 satellite has measured a larger solar wind velocity than the satellites Vela 3 and 4 though in the period from September to December 1962 the solar activity was much less than in the period from January to May 1969. Further investigations will be necessary to explain this fact.
