Zusammenfassung

Die koronare Herzkrankheit umfaBt ein breites Spektrum (Abb. 1) von der leichten Ischämie eines umschriebenen Myokardbezirkes unter extremer körperlicher Belastung über den drohenden Infarkt mit Ruheschmerzen bis zum Status nach einem oder multiplen Infarkten eventuell mit grofiem Ventrikelaneurysma. Dementsprechend ist eine einheitliche Aussage über die Herzfunktion in Ruhe oder unter Belastung bei der koronaren Herzkrankheit nicht möglich. Ein Einteilungsversuch kann sich einerseits nach dem Ausmaß der betroffenen Herzmuskelbezirke richten und andererseits auf das Stadium der Herzmuskelerkrankung (Ischämie, Nekrose, Fibrose) bezogen sein.
